What is your warranty policy for your dog Training Collars and Transmitters?
 The manufacturer of our Petsafe, Innotek and SportDog products provide a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor.There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period.
How long does it take to ship out your products after ordering?
We typically ship out our products in 24 to 48 hours. We send them out as soon as we can, for you because we know how important it is to you.
If I need to return something I ordered and received free shipping on, what happens with the shipping charge?
Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable. In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
How soon do I receive a credit if I had to return something?
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
Do any of your dog training collars offer an additional or replacement collar (if mine is worn out) receiver if I need one?
Yes, several of our Dog Training Shock Collars offer an additional collar, you will find these on the information page of the product you have or want, just click on the Add-A-Dog Collar and it will take you to the page will all of our additional collars.
What type of Dog Crate would be best for use at home, to make my pet feel comfortable?
Wire or Wicker dog crates are best if you are using your dog cage primarily at home. Soft-side dog crates work best if you need to take your dog cage with you when traveling, vacationing or just running around town although they can also be used at home as well.
